Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, Spartan Lube Oil Systems LLC collects the name, work email, company, requested service, and project details you provide. When you join the LubeCalc Pro launch list, the separate launch-list notice applies.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to understand the requested engineering work, respond to you, evaluate fit and availability, prepare a proposal when requested, and maintain an appropriate business record. It is not sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising.

Storage and service providers

Website inquiries are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Netlify and other hosting or infrastructure providers may process this information only to operate, secure, and deliver the website and its submission service.

Website analytics

Spartan uses Umami to measure aggregate website activity such as page views, referring sites, browser and device categories, and approximate location. Umami does not use cookies, fingerprint visitors, or track people across websites, and Spartan does not use these measurements for third-party advertising.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, proposal, project-record, legal, and security purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing ae@spartanfluidsystems.com, subject to records Spartan must retain.

App policies remain separate

The LubeCalc Pro App Privacy Policy and App Terms of Service apply only to the mobile application and are not changed by this website notice.
